During the demonstration, participants learn hand-pressing oil from seeds (e.g. flax, hemp, sunflower, rapeseed) and the properties of different oils. Then the oil is made into a natural soap – each participant receives a bar of soap.
This is one of the traditional farm activities presented in the Soapmakers' Village. We welcome families, organized groups and folk culture enthusiasts. All rooms, the grounds and the workshops are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
